Late payments may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to pause or stop work until overdue payments are settled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Short-notice cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability & Limitations

We take every precaution to protect your property during restoration. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control (e.g., structural weaknesses, weather conditions).
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Warranties

We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in your service agreement. No implied warranties apply unless expressly stated.
